Resistance bands have become one of my favourite pieces of fitness equipment. As a truck driver, resistance bands have become one of my favourite pieces of fitness equipment because they take up almost no room in the cab and can be used practically anywhere. For truck drivers, busy parents, and anyone short on time, resistance bands offer a practical way to stay active without needing a full gym setup.

If I could only own one type of resistance band, this would be the one I’d choose.

Which Resistance Band Is Best For Truck Drivers?

For most truck drivers, I recommend starting with a set of long power bands.

They offer the most versatility and can be used for strength training, stretching, mobility work, and warm-ups. Combined with a few simple exercises, a quality set of power bands can provide a complete workout almost anywhere.

Loop bands can also be a useful addition for lower-body activation and mobility work.
